Above-average salary
Benefit from a net hourly wage of up to €15 as a flexi-jobber. Students -21 years get €12.93 and students over 21 earn €14.37. Get paid extra on Sundays and be compensated extra from midnight. We give you a clothing and laundry allowance and we also reimburse your transport and parking costs. We make managing this easy via our app.

We offer extensive training to prepare you for every event scenario. We urge you to attend one of our bi-weekly training sessions at multiple locations.

A flexi-job offers a unique employment structure tailored for those who are already employed or are enjoying retirement. It allows you to take on additional work without restrictions, providing a fantastic way to supplement your income under advantageous conditions. Please note that you must have worked at least 4/5ths in the past three quarters as a salaried employee at a Belgian company to qualify for a flexi-job. More information.
Our office is located in Ghent. The events for which we provide staff are all over Flanders. Luxury restaurants, hotels, corporate events, festivals and parties ... you will find us everywhere. We also offer our services in our neighboring countries such as France and the Netherlands.

Do you combine your main job with a flexi-job? Then, since 1 January 2024, you must take into account an income ceiling: if you earn more than €12,000 per year with your flexi job, you will now pay extra taxes. Do you work as a flexi during your retirement? Then there are basically no restrictions, unless you have not yet reached the legal retirement age.
The income with which you exceed €12,000 is taxed at a progressive rate. This means that the average tax rate gets higher as your income rises. So the more you exceed the income ceiling, the more taxes you will pay.For pensioners who have not yet reached the statutory retirement age, income from flexi-jobs will be limited to a maximum of €7,190 gross per year. Of the current threshold of €9,236 gross per year, a maximum of €7,190 gross may therefore consist of income from flexi-jobs. In this way, the government wants to avoid that someone would opt for an early statutory pension and then earn extra with a flexi-job.
Absolutely, you can have multiple flex jobs at the same time. Just keep in mind the ceiling of €12,000 per year. This ceiling does not apply to pensioners.
Definitely! We have several CREW members who are teachers or childcare workers in their primary roles. We highly value their creativity and constant positivity.
As a student you can work up to 600 hours per year at reduced social contributions. This roughly equates to 78.9 full working days of 7.6 hours each. In this role, you'll pay a solidarity contribution of just 2.71% of your gross salary. More information.
Payments for work completed the previous week are processed every Friday through our payroll partner, AbsoluteYOU, using our app.
The Sunday allowance is €2/hour (for the first 6 working hours).
The night allowance is €1.5315/hour.
The clothing and laundry allowance is €4.16 /day
Bus and train tickets or parking costs will be refunded when you upload your receipt in the App.
- Classic shirt: provide a white and black classic long-sleeved shirt. You can always purchase these at the office.
- Black dress trousers: these are suit trousers. No jeans or leggings/tracks!
- Shoes: standard black dress shoes matte or shiny. Sometimes our app states a different dress code such as trainers.
- Attributes: you should always have a sommelier with you along with your serving gloves that you get during training.
